We operate connections with partner programs in local & other cities .we create a Employment opportunities and our Program will provide technical assistance and shared our model with communities, Even in a progressive city Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, LGBT's people face extreme discrimination when seeking or keeping a job. The LBGT Employment Program helps community members battle the discrimination that is faced every day by transforming workplaces and getting trans people back to work.
