The Board of Trustees & Members is ultimately responsible for IRAIVI LGBT activities and sets the strategic direction of the charity. Trustees also contribute their knowledge and expertise to the many complex issues the organisation faces. Our staff team and board of trustees are very committed to improving the lives of young people and their families. The trustee board work on an entirely voluntary basis and are made up of parents, trans people, business professionals, and much more.
