has worked as a COUNSELLING support worker and group facilitator since 2005 at Deepam Madhar Sangam (women’s Welfare association in india). She brings extensive experience providing 1:1 and group support with confidence and passion, encouraging women’s and young people to be themselves and live authentically. Inspired by women’s clients and specially youngster and she developed, delivered and managed numerous creative projects together with teamwork to address complex needs and barriers including social anxiety and isolation; housing; mental health; sexual health and relationships; learning difficulties; drug and alcohol misuse and unemployment. in her role within residential recovery programmes, VIJAYA MARY is excited to be working exclusively with young dynamic people, particularly the extraordinary LGBTQ community.
